Homemade Brought to High Point
A popular ice cream franchise reopened its doors in High Point, N . C . this week but with a new look and owner. Bruster’s Real Ice Cream , which had a location here years ago but closed in 2016 due to low numbers and turnout rate , is hoping that this new location will give them a second chance. The new space , located at 1130 Eastchester Dr. in High Point, will also feature a brand-new drive- through, and extended patio to allow for a more wel coming space for all. The shop's refreshed layout was intentionally designed to encourage people to sta y longer, socialize and enjoy their ice cream in a comfortable setting, something the previous location lacke d . “My dad owns the bursters, and he has been wanting to do a franchise for a long time and bursters was the perfect fit.
